Education NSW introduces Cucina Italiana Cooking School in Sydney City, for all your education and learning needs.

Cucina Italiana is now located in a historic heritage listed Italian Villa built nearly a century ago by the Melocco Brothers. It is one of the most exclusive homes in Annandale welcoming our students to a special and unique experience. Our school is more artisan than ever, our classes enphasise teaching the real Italian cooking, the home cooking that you can only find in a truly Italian home.

We want to give more - more than a home to our students, more than a cooking school for the ones who cannot stop learning. We want to give an experience, we want our students to breath history, to inhale the art left by the Italian immigration in Sydney.
